Project focus: For an interdisciplinary DevOps team in Zürich we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Business Engineer for the further development of digital onboarding and product opening processes. The focus is on the analysis and optimization of customer processes along the entire customer lifecycle as well as their successful implementation in digital applications. Start at 100% in Zürich for 12 months.

Tasks:

• Analysis of functional requirements and their feasibility
• Development and evaluation of future-oriented solution approaches considering economic efficiency, quality and risks
• Translation of functional requirements into functional specifications, features and user stories
• Active accompaniment of implementation, testing and introduction
• Support in operations as well as analysis and processing of incidents and defects
• Planning and moderation of workshops with relevant business and IT stakeholders
• Close cooperation with Business Engineering, Product Management, specialist, DevOps and IT architecture

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Engineer or in a comparable interface function between business and IT
• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Banking & Finance or a comparable qualification
• Sound experience with Client Onboarding, digital product opening or Client Lifecycle Management, ideally in the financial environment
• Knowledge in functional and procedural topics such as KYC, reviews or mutation processes
• Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or SAFe
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high affinity for digital processes and applications
• Confident appearance and very good communication skills
