Nursing Assistant SRK

• Individual care and support of the entrusted residents according to the care plan • Assistance with care tasks, e.g., with menu selection, daily structure, etc. • Reporting observations to the supervisor • Promotion and maintenance of health taking into account the resources of the residents • Assistance in the induction of new employees and trainees • Compliance with order and cleanliness in the nursing area taking into account internal company regulations (occupational safety, hygiene regulations and quality standards) • Responsibility for the economical use of material as well as the maintenance and cleaning of devices • Participation in reports, briefings and team meetings
