Tasks

• Processing of incoming emergency calls and inquiries
• Responsible and timely deployment management
• Complete and uniform case documentation on the dispatch control system
• Operation of the systems of the respective specialized services
• Cooperation with partners in incident management

Profile

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a police officer or certificate as well as several years of frontline experience as a police officer
• Independent and self-responsible way of working with decision-making ability in unclear situations and under pressure
• Good handling of diversity
• Willingness to learn (applications, operational organization, processes etc.) as well as good IT user knowledge and quick comprehension
• Networked and company-wide thinking, teamwork skills as well as ability to cooperate
• Readiness for shift work
• Good verbal and written expression skills in German, foreign language skills desired
• Impeccable reputation
