Tasks

• Preparation and plating of individual dishes as well as entire menus and à la carte
• Responsibility for all stations
• Control and management of stock
• Responsibility for compliance with strict hygiene regulations according to HACCP

Qualifications

• Completed training as a Cook EBA/ EFZ
• Sound, well-proven professional experience in the kitchen
• Enjoyment of the profession and a very lively and versatile workplace
• Motivation to try new things
• Good German skills
• Creative, resilient and flexible
