For our client, an association, we are looking for a Specialist Property and Cyber Insurance (100 percent) We are looking for a team- and service-oriented personality as a Specialist Property and Cyber Insurance, starting immediately or by arrangement. Actively help shape the future of the Swiss insurance industry – at the interface between property and cyber topics, politics, regulation, and industry development. This role offers a lot of creative freedom, direct committee responsibility, and insight into strategic topics of the Swiss insurance market. In doing so, you will deepen specific issues in constant exchange with the relevant association committees. Your tasks • Observation and analysis of national and international developments in property and cyber insurance • Evaluation of relevant topics: set priorities and develop technical positions in close coordination with internal responsible persons and committees • Processing of content-related issues surrounding property, fire, natural hazard, as well as cyber insurance and representation of the interests of member companies – if necessary also towards authorities, administration, and other stakeholders • Preparation of statements, motions, and position papers – proactively and in close cooperation with Public Affairs and communication • Participation in consultations on draft constitutions, laws, and ordinances • Answering general inquiries regarding your technical topics • Comprehensive support of the corresponding committees • Close cooperation with relevant professional organizations and industry partners Your profile • Several years of experience in the insurance industry • In-depth know-how in property insurance as well as pronounced interest and affinity for cyber topics • Experience in participating in and leading projects • Interest in association communication and political decision-making processes • Analytical and networked way of thinking and working • High service orientation and social competence • Very good oral and written communication skills in German • Open, communicative, and flexible personality Our offer • Extremely versatile area of responsibility at the pulse of economy and politics in an industry that takes on macroeconomic responsibility • Attractive employment conditions and good social benefits • Excellent connections to public transport • Employee restaurant • Work location Zürich Enge with the possibility of mobile working
