Your contribution: You autonomously support sustainable projects in building physics and acoustics and work in close collaboration with the building physics project managers. What you accomplish • Management of demanding projects (from planning to realization on site), control of deadlines and costs • Specialization in a field including supporting the team as a center of competence (CoC) • Responsibility for the coordination of project tasks in the building physics team • Preparation of documents necessary for the proper conduct of the project such as energy proofs, acoustic expertise, noise protection certificates, subsidy programs • Autonomous certifications of buildings (Minergie, Minergie-ECO, SNBS, 2000-Watt, GEAK, etc.) • Autonomous advice to architects and clients for new constructions and renovations • Acquisition, preparation of offers and client management Success with • FH or university degree in building physics, civil or environmental engineering, architecture or CAS training in the relevant field • Proven professional experience in building physics, acoustics and ecological construction • Autonomous entrepreneurial behavior • Good oral and written communication skills in German (knowledge of Italian and/or French is an asset) • Experience with MS Office and specialized building physics software • Asset: interest in energy and sustainability labels as well as in the planning of photovoltaic installations • Asset: certified GEAK expert or interest in continuing education in this field How we support this • Equal relationship with management • Attractive salary, based on your performance • Varied interventions on construction sites and in the office • Spacious and bright workstations with innovative infrastructure • Possibility of teleworking • Development of your personal strengths and skills, specialization encouraged • Possibilities for continuing education • Collegial working atmosphere with a strong team spirit • Workstation in 8003 Zurich, central and well served by public transport • Up to 7 weeks of leave, annual working time • Bistro with microwave and oven • Free tea, coffee and fruit • Break room Apply We look forward to receiving your complete application online.
