Finanzverwaltung Expert/in Konzern-Controlling 80 - 100% The Finanzverwaltung organizes the finances of the Canton of Zürich and enables an overall overview. On behalf of the Regierungsrat, it prepares the budget with a financial plan and the accounts of the Canton. It prepares financial decisions of the Regierungsrat, ensures efficient accounting, and provides corresponding services for the entire administration. The Steuerung Finanzhaushalt department, newly composed as of 1 January 2027, develops the budget, the financial planning of the Canton, and prepares the financial reporting. It leads cross-directorate projects for the further development of financial processes and systems and manages the specialist office LEA (Leistungserfassung mit Aufwandsausweis) of the Canton. For the further development of group-wide controlling processes and systems, as well as their practical implementation, we are looking for an experienced, team-oriented, service-oriented, and motivated scientific staff member 80%-100% as soon as possible or by arrangement. Your tasks * Assumption of process responsibility for cantonal controlling processes for further development, especially harmonization and automation, of financial planning processes * Advising other administrative units in the conceptualization of controlling processes, assumption of project management or participation in interdisciplinary project teams * Close cooperation with the functional and technical application manager SAP CO in projects in the controlling area * Participation in the preparation of the Canton's financial plan (Consolidated Development and Financial Plan) including supporting the SAP applications * Preparation of various chapters of the annual report (<<Finanzen im Überblick>>) * Answering special questions regarding the state budget based on evaluations, in particular from SAP or Businesswarehouse (BW) * Preparation of information for the Finanzdirektor * Preparation of motions to the Regierungsrat concerning the financial planning of the Canton Your profile * University or university of applied sciences degree at Master's level (Business Administration or Economics) as well as several years of proven relevant professional experience in group controlling * Sound know-how in the SAP and Businesswarehouse environment, SAC is an advantage * Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, an exact way of working and strong editorial skills, with which you can present complicated facts in simple, understandable language * Solution-oriented cooperation with other administrative units * Open to changes and new substantive challenges * Knowledge of the HERMES project method is an advantage We offer Do you want to shape, change and move things?
