What you can look forward to

• You develop individual support and integration plans and accompany young people from their entry into a profession until they search for a job after completing their training.
• You conduct progress reviews, create progress reports, support young people in creating application documents, and carry out application coaching with them.
• You acquire, place, and accompany internship and training positions in the primary labor market.
• You advise companies, work closely with internal and external specialists, and coordinate the support system.
• You build a sustainable employer network and maintain it actively.

What we wish for from you

To promote a balanced team composition, applications from female persons will be given preferential consideration in the case of equal suitability and qualification.

• Completion as a Job Coach with eidg. Fachausweis or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in resource- and solution-oriented support of challenging adolescents
• Professional experience in the private sector as well as experience in the acquisition of placement positions in the primary labor market
• Proficiency in using Microsoft 365
• Communicative, resilient personality with enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation, commitment, and humor
