For a specialized Swiss consulting company, we are looking for an experienced Senior IT Consultant Public Sector who independently manages demanding digitalization projects in public administrations.

We are looking for a strong consulting personality with experience in process analysis, specialist conception, and project management, as well as a good understanding of the structures of the public sector.

Your task ##

• Consulting public administrations on demanding digitalization projects
• Analysis and optimization of complex business and administrative processes
• Development of specialist, detail, and solution concepts
• Creation of studies, decision bases, and recommendations for action
• Management of complex digitalization and transformation projects
• Assumption of specialist responsibility within demanding client mandates
• Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams and relevant stakeholders
• Accompanying projects from analysis to successful implementation

Your profile ##

• University degree FH, ETH or University in business informatics, informatics or comparable field of study
• Further training in project management, business analysis or digital transformation is an advantage
• Several years of consulting experience in the environment of public administrations
• Sound experience with digitalization and transformation projects
• Very good knowledge of process analysis and specialist conception
• Experience in managing complex projects and client mandates
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills
• Proficient German skills (C2) and business fluent English skills (at least C1), any further national language is a great advantage
