At the Zürich location we are looking for: Architect/Civil Engineer (m/f/d) for Tendering and Procurement 100% Construction site management. Responsibility. Sustainable construction. What awaits you You carry out the cost management of structural engineering projects in the development, planning, and realization phases and perform cost planning as well as measures for cost control and cost monitoring, supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM). You support the overall project management in the processing of projects in the area of PSI (Project Support Intern). You independently create bills of quantities for demanding structural engineering projects by individual trades as well as functional performance descriptions. You take on the cost- and result-responsible management of the respective project as well as tasks such as bid evaluation, procurement negotiations, and bid follow-up. You work integrally with all specialist departments (architecture, structural engineering, HLKKS, electrical engineering, construction management) and external specialist planners in close coordination. You represent ATP towards authorities and executing companies. In doing so, you participate in the evaluation and analysis of quantities in the integral team from the Revit or BIM model. You see the ATP Green Deal as a green guideline in the implementation of climate-neutral planning with the goal of sustainable buildings. What you bring with you You have a technical education or a completed degree in the field of architecture or civil engineering. You have very good German language skills in speaking and writing. Your career shows several years of professional experience in tendering and procurement as well as in cost planning of construction projects. You have knowledge of the relevant permit and planning regulations, laws, regulations, and standards. You have already been able to acquire knowledge in tendering programs, ideally iTWO, and have a high interest in advancing model-based cost planning and tendering. You have a strong awareness of deadlines, costs, and quality. You inspire through your curiosity about topics such as resource efficiency and sustainability.
