PMO Logistics Infrastructure Projects For a strategic large-scale project in the logistics & infrastructure sector, we are looking for an experienced personality in the Project Management Office (PMO). You will take on a central role in planning, controlling, and implementing a modern fulfillment center. In doing so, you will ensure transparency, governance, and meaningful decision-making bases for project management, program management, and management. Important notes: Fluent Swiss German and a high willingness to travel are essential for this task. What you will achieve Establishment and further development of the PMO for a complex logistics and infrastructure project Project controlling and performance management including scheduling, progress monitoring, and budget control Creation of management reports and dashboards for steering committees and decision-makers Support for project management in governance, decision-making, and escalation processes Ensuring effective risk and quality management Stakeholder and communication management as well as moderation of workshops and derivation of recommendations for action from project data What you bring Education: Completed degree (uni/ETH, FH, HF) Field of study: in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management/logistics or a comparable field of study Professional experience: 5+ years of experience in the Project Management Office (PMO) Several years of experience in the PMO environment and in controlling complex projects or programs High communication and stakeholder management competence as well as very good English and Swiss German skills in word and writing Experience in logistics, infrastructure, transformation, or supply chain projects; knowledge of warehouse automation is an advantage Very good knowledge of project controlling, reporting, Power BI, Excel, and common project management methods Distinct analytical skills and a structured and solution-oriented way of working Swiss German (B2) German (B2) English (B2) What we offer you #oneteam: You will become part of a team that gets involved, is there for each other, lives diversity, and pursues common goals with enthusiasm.
