Our core competence is the structuring and administration of Private Label funds. We offer banks, asset managers, insurance companies, pension funds, as well as Family Offices, tailor-made fund solutions according to Swiss law. Together we create funds with the goal of creating a solid offering precisely tailored to the needs of our customers. In doing so, we are open in the choice of asset classes and forgo standard solutions. As part of the creation of a new position, we are looking for a motivated and committed person as Legal Counsel 80%-100% (m/f) Zürich or Morges.
What awaits you?

• Participation in all legal, contractual, and compliance activities of the company and the managed products.
• Participation in the launch process of new tailor-made products and active accompaniment of the process in coordination with the responsible Relationship Manager.
• Advice and accompaniment of customers during strategic changes of collective investments (Life Cycle Management).
• Examination of the legal basis and creation of contracts for the efficient administration of existing funds.
• Support of contacts both substantively, communicatively, and procedurally, with all involved parties: customers, notaries, land registries, financial service providers, FINMA as well as the internal departments (Risk Management, real estate management and real estate accounting). Control of real estate transactions, loan and security agreements of the Private Debt products (in case of deviations from standard contracts).
• Creation and updating of internal guidelines and processes.
• Carrying out internal compliance audits and creation of the corresponding reports.
• Carrying out the monitoring and control in the area of money laundering, conflicts of interest, various contractual tasks and creation of reports for the Board of Directors.
• Carrying out the initial and recurring Due Diligence of clients in cooperation with the responsible internal specialist.

What do you bring with you?

• Professional experience in the area of Asset Management and funds would be a plus.
• Master in Law.
• Solid language skills in DE/FR, EN a plus.
• Open and spontaneous personality, result-oriented. Willingness to learn and readiness to contribute.
