Your tasks
• Psychosocial and socio-pedagogical support of the residents individually and in the group in daily coexistence, daily structure, and integration
• Crisis intervention, stabilization, and promotion of conflict competence
You are responsible for one (of several) locations (design, further development such as maintenance of the infrastructure, security measures, key worker activities of the resident clients both on an individual level and in coexistence with the other clients, leading individual and group discussions)
• Close cooperation within the care team as well as with the case-leading counselors
• Taking on different shifts according to the duty roster: Early from 08h - 16h30 / Late from 12h - 20h / On-call: 20h-08h from home (1x per week and night shift 20-8h on-site in case of emergencies or admissions).
