Social Worker FH (60-80%)

To strengthen our Child and Adult Protection team, we are looking for an engaged personality as of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement as Social Worker FH (60-80%) ## • Conducting intensive assessments on behalf of child and adult protection authorities, courts, as well as specialist centers for child and youth welfare • Independent assessment of complex issues in child and adult protection • Writing well-founded, target-group-oriented assessment reports • Management of legal guardianships in child and adult protection • Advising and coaching authorities, specialist centers, and institutions • Cooperation with families, schools, institutions, authorities, and other involved specialists • Engaged participation in professional exchange within an interdisciplinary team Your profile • Degree in Social Work FH/BSc or equivalent training • Several years of professional experience in child and adult protection • Experience in conducting assessments • Experience in managing legal guardianships in child and adult protection • Strong analytical skills and high reflexivity • Excellent written expression and a strong enjoyment of writing demanding reports • Outstanding conversation, communication, and presentation skills • Independent, structured, and responsible way of working • Enjoyment and willingness for interdisciplinary cooperation and professional development We offer • Demanding and varied mandates with high social relevance • The opportunity to lead complex assessments and mandates in child and adult protection independently • A committed, professional, and collegial team • Flexible working conditions and contemporary employment conditions • Modern working infrastructure and short decision-making paths • Space for initiative, co-creation, and professional development If you can be enthusiastic about this responsible activity and would like to contribute your competencies in a specialized environment, we look forward to your application.
