In the Department of Special Care and Therapies at the Triemli location, we are looking for a committed personality, effective immediately or by arrangement. Tasks ## • You advise and support nursing professionals in complex pain treatments and contribute your expertise to optimal pain therapy. • You coordinate and control pain treatment across various specialist departments and ensure a smooth flow of information between internal and external interfaces. • You conduct training, accompany the induction of employees, and promote knowledge transfer regarding evidence-based pain management. • You continuously develop processes, instructions, and treatment concepts and independently implement improvement measures to increase the quality of care. • You independently undertake tasks in outpatient pain treatment, provide comprehensive advice to patients, and work closely within the interdisciplinary team. Profile ## • Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH • Advantageously completed NDK in monitoring care, completed NDS anesthesia care, or a CAS in pain management or experience with chronically ill patients • Independent, conscientious way of working, cross-departmental understanding, and strong communication skills • Enjoyment of working in a complex and demanding field of expertise We offer ## We offer you more than just a job!
