Your tasks • Taking responsibility for the year-round maintenance of an extensive park and garden estate • Planning, organizing, and coordinating all maintenance work in the outdoor area • Caring for lawns, trees, shrubs, perennials, roses, as well as seasonal flower installations • Carrying out cutting, planting, and maintenance work considering a high quality standard • Checking, servicing, and maintaining machines, equipment, as well as the entire park infrastructure • Ensuring a well-kept and representative appearance of the entire estate • Coordinating additional support staff during seasonal peak periods • Contributing your own ideas for the further development and beautification of the garden and park estate Your profile • Training as a gardener specializing in garden and landscape construction • Advantageously, experience in the maintenance of demanding green spaces or larger garden estates • Joy in taking on responsibility and organizing work independently • Reliable, committed, and responsible personality with an eye for detail • Clean, independent, and proactive way of working • Driving license Cat.
