Responsibilities

• Assembly of Wingtra drones for customers
• Practical work including gluing, sanding, drilling and custom labeling of parts
• Assembly and wiring of electronics
• Calibration and quality control / testing of Wingtra drones
• Assist in basic stock monitoring and contribute ideas to refine production flows, Lean process improvements and product design

Requirements

• Basic technical training (e.g. EFZ Electronics Technician, Automation Technician, Polymechanic) or several years of experience in a similar assembly role
• Manual dexterity and a sense of precise work
• Interest in working with an innovative team and fast-evolving processes, and in contributing to their shaping
• Very good communication skills in English

Assets

• More than 3 years of experience in the assembly of electromechanical devices
• Proven experience of precise work / mass production
• Experience in soldering cables, connectors and components
• Knowledge in Lean / 5S
