Building Technician

Your main tasks: • Independent execution of preventive maintenance on all building technology systems in the areas of electrical as well as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary, including complete technical documentation • Regular control rounds, inspections, and measurements with subsequent reporting • Analysis and rectification of malfunctions as well as execution of repair work • Coordination, support, and supervision of external service providers and partner companies • Processing of technical service tickets in the corresponding system • Taking on on-call duties to ensure continuous operation Your profile: • Completed technical training as Elektromonteur/In EFZ or Elektroinstallateur/In EFZ • Several years of experience in technical building management with a focus on electrical engineering • Existing NIV15 permit or willingness as well as qualification to acquire this • Confident handling of MS Office and openness to working with various internal tools • Very good German skills in speaking and writing, English skills are an advantage • Strong customer and service orientation, independent and precise way of working • Impeccable reputation (current extract from criminal and debt enforcement register) Do you feel addressed by this exciting position?
