Job description
Group Leader / Co-Educator (40-60 %) for our children's group aged 2 to 3.5 years - Zürich Enge We are looking for a committed and qualified Fachperson Betreuung (FaBe), who will take on the position of group leader. In our group, we care for children aged 2 to 3.5 years, in an environment where quality and professionalism are the top priority. Our Kita is located in the heart of Zürich, just two minutes on foot from Lake Zürich. Your tasks:

Depending on the function, taking over the group leadership or co-responsibility within the children's group
Professional and age-appropriate care and accompaniment of the children
Planning, implementation, and reflection of pedagogical offers
Constructive cooperation with parents, team members, and the Kita management
Co-designing a structured, safe, and development-promoting Kita everyday life
We expect from you:

Completed training as Fachperson Betreuung Kind (FaBe) or an equivalently recognized pedagogical training
Professional experience in the care of children aged 2 to 3.5 years
For the function as group leader: corresponding experience and the ability to take responsibility for a group
Joy in pedagogical work with children as well as an appreciative and professional attitude
Strong communication skills, reliability, initiative, and a sense of responsibility
English language skills
