ICT Specialist (Generalist)

Per we are looking for a dedicated and experienced personality as an ICT Specialist (Generalist).

Tasks

• As an operational ICT Specialist (Support & Infrastructure), you will take on a versatile generalist function and contribute to smooth ICT operations.
• You will support IT workstations as well as standard and specialist applications. Furthermore, you will ensure ICT support for our employees, process IT requests independently, and resolve malfunctions.
• You will operate and monitor the ICT infrastructure, support network and server problems, and coordinate, if necessary, the cooperation with internal and external specialist departments and service providers.
• You will participate in IT projects, migrations, rollouts, and digital transformation.
• You will create and maintain documentation, instructions, inventory lists, and other operational documents and manage the ticketing system.

Profile

• Completion as ICT Specialist EFZ with several years of professional experience, an equivalent qualification, or many years of experience in ICT support
• Broad-based basic ICT knowledge as well as in-depth knowledge in the areas of IT workstations, Windows, Microsoft 365, peripherals, and standard applications
• Good knowledge in the areas of e-mail, telephony, mobile devices, and VoIP, as well as basic knowledge of network components, building cabling, domain and server architecture, and authorization management
• Experience with migrations and rollouts as well as interest in multimedia, media technology, and other technical ICT infrastructures
• Independent, solution-oriented, and service-oriented way of working as well as good communication and teamwork skills
