Nursing Specialist HF/FH who, in addition to daily nursing work, is willing to take on additional vocational training and participate in education. We are looking for a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF as a vocational trainer 60-100% from February 2026 or by agreement. Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of our nursing philosophy and the nursing process • Carrying out treatment-related nursing activities • Planning and accompanying doctor's visits • Electronic nursing documentation using Care-Coach • Taking on tasks as a contact person • Controlling the nursing process • Leading case discussions • Taking on daily responsibility • Taking on tasks as a theme carrier, with technical instruction authority • You create learning situations for the trainees, guide them in the departments, document the learning process, give feedback, and assess them orally and in writing. • You plan and coordinate learning accompaniments independently and work with the trainees also in shift service or on weekends. • You communicate openly and transparently in our education team and the nursing teams and take on an important function in the management triangle. Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH/DNII or equivalent training recognized by SRK • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • Experience as RAI coordination is an advantage • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of diverse challenges • Good German language skills in word and writing • Enjoyment of working with learners and students • Recognized further education in the pedagogical field (at least SVEB 1) Why Tertianum?
