You hold the threads together in all project phases and topics. You analyze locations and markets and read the societal trends that influence what is built, where, and for whom. You steer development processes from beginning to end, from product definition to realization. You initiate and accompany architecture competitions and work together with leading architects and planning teams. You conduct project-related economic efficiency analyses and translate them into clear, well-founded decisions. You represent the owner interests towards the public sector, neighbors, and third parties. You identify value and ESG potentials in our projects and the existing portfolio and bring them to implementation. You monitor costs, quality, and deadlines from the client side. You continuously optimize our real estate projects in close cooperation with the planning team. You evaluate, lead, and control external service providers and hold them to our standard. You draft the reports and applications for our committees, with a clear reasoning behind every recommendation. You work closely with portfolio management and transaction management and deliver results that are visible to our clients. What you bring You think analytically, conceptually, and in networks and move confidently between strategic context and project detail. You bring a flawless appearance, high readiness for performance, and the independence to be responsible for your work, paired with a natural leadership strength to take others along. You are a team player and build productive working relationships both with internal colleagues and with external partners. You have an MSc. ETH in architecture or a comparable degree; further training in real estate management is a real plus. You have practical experience in project development or construction project management, ideally on objects with a demanding mandate. You know the real estate market and are familiar with the associated construction standards. German is your mother tongue, French or Italian knowledge is a welcome addition.
