Polymechaniker/in for CNC manufacturing with leadership responsibility

Activity

• Operative management of manufacturing with overall responsibility for the CNC machining area
• Planning, control and monitoring of capacity and fine planning
• Ensuring timely and economical manufacturing
• Optimization of throughput times, processes and resource utilization
• Responsibility for compliance with quality, safety and productivity goals
• Leadership, deployment planning and further development of employees in the production area
• Close cooperation with work preparation, design, purchasing and logistics
• Continuous improvement of manufacturing processes according to Lean principles

Requirements

• Completed basic technical training, preferably as Polymechaniker/in, Produktionsmechaniker/in or comparable qualification
• Further training as dipl. Techniker/in HF Maschinenbau or a comparable further training (completed or in training)
• Several years of professional experience in CNC manufacturing
• Experience in production planning as well as in the leadership of employees
• Strong organizational skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
