Our client from the Zurich region, a larger company in the real estate sector, is strengthening its management team per immediately or by arrangement with an 80-100% workload and is looking for a motivated and conscientious Commercial Real Estate Manager ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Independent management of mandates with support from mandate accounting • Support of owners and tenants • Ensuring correct leasing • Acceptance and handover of the areas • Coordination of maintenance work • Development of the real estate budget • Monitoring and planning of long-term value preservation Qualifications & Competencies • Completed commercial basic training or similar • Further training for the Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Real Estate Manager or currently in training for it • Several years of experience as a manager or junior manager • Independent, exact, and reliable way of working • Communicative and service-oriented appearance • Proficient IT skills, SAP is an advantage • Fluent German skills, English skills are an advantage Opportunities & Perspectives A modern and collegial working environment with exciting conditions (home office as well as part-time options) awaits you at our client, and it offers you long-term development opportunities.
