Amt für Städtebau

For the Real Estate Economics department, we are looking for a committed team member as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Tasks

• You support the real estate valuation experts in the preparation of real estate valuation reports.
• You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of the business of the appraisal commission.
• You prepare evaluations of land values, rents, and purchase prices.
• You perform business control including performance billing.
• You work out the valuation of concession fees.
• You manage the filing, the archive, and maintain statistical data.
• You advise customers regarding procedural processes in connection with orders to the municipal appraisal commission.

Profile

• Commercial employee EFZ, preferably in the real estate or notary sector, or training in the construction and planning sector
• Further training in real estate or finance is an advantage
• Professional experience in the commercial or construction sector
• Flair for numbers and interest in the topic of real estate
• Good IT user knowledge (Microsoft 365)
• Careful, independent, and reliable way of working
• Service and customer orientation
• Communicative and a team player

The department evaluates land, buildings, and real estate rights independently and market-oriented for the entire city administration.
