Together with experienced team leaders, you will support renovation, refurbishment, and equipment projects during ongoing clinic operations and will continuously develop towards independent project management. You will work at the interface between medicine, technology, and facility management and contribute to ensuring that our infrastructure is operated reliably and in a future-oriented manner. YOUR TASKS • Support in the planning and implementation of renovation and refurbishment projects during ongoing clinic operations • Collaboration in the coordination of replacement procurement of large medical devices (e.g., CT, MRI, or operating room technology) • Cooperation with internal specialist departments such as medicine, nursing, technology, and medical technology as well as external planners and contractors • Organization and monitoring of deadlines, project tasks, and project documents • Support during construction site inspections, acceptances, and commissioning • Assistance in creating decision-making bases, protocols, and project reports • Ensuring a smooth project process in cooperation with the project team Impact: Your work makes a direct contribution to the further development of our infrastructure and supports the optimal care of our patients. <br /> YOUR PROFILE We are looking for motivated personalities who want to develop themselves in a project environment and bring an interest in technical and infrastructural topics.
