This is a long-term project until the end of 2027. Qualifications Area of responsibility: \- Administration and professional management of company-owned pension funds at the mandate level (including the intensive use of xPlan). \- Independent creation of demanding annual financial statements as well as the seamless processing of all mutations. \- Competent support and processing of complex benefit cases (disability, retirements, deaths, etc.). \- Sound advice to insured persons, employers, as well as internal and external stakeholders in all pension law issues. \- Constructive and professional cooperation with internal and external interfaces as well as specialist departments. \- Active and value-adding participation in strategic and operational projects of occupational pension schemes. Education: \- Commercial basic training \- ideally social insurance (e.g., federal diploma) Experience: \- Several years of sound practice and demonstrable experience in the full-scale administration of pension funds.
