AI Specialist

These are your main tasks:

• Conception and implementation of AI projects along the business processes of the building technology industry (including procurement, project controlling, document processing, quoting, voice assistance) – from the idea to the introduction
• Data architecture and system integration (Open Datastack – Lakehouse, Semantic Layer/MCP interface; connection to ERP/CRM systems, Abacus)
• Collaboration with specialist departments: clarification of technical requirements, moderation of workshops, training concept and training
• Documentation and reporting: creating decision-making bases for the AI working group and the management
• Governance, data protection and information security

What you bring with you:

• In-depth technological AI competence (LLM, RAG, MCP) and practical experience in the AI environment, especially with generative AI and language models
• Knowledge of data architectures and process automation
• Experience in the conception and implementation of AI projects
• Vocational training with further education in the field of business informatics/business applications including further education in the field of Artificial Intelligence (e.g., CAS AI Transformation or CAS AI Management); alternatively MAS in the field of AI or proven professional experience in AI projects
• Entrepreneurial thinking, strong service orientation and team spirit as well as high social competence, clear communication and coordination strength
• Team language: German
• Foreign languages are an advantage: French, English
