Tasks You accompany and care for our residents on a closed dementia ward with empathy and competence in their everyday lives. You report observations, report objectively, and document completely and understandably. You assist with activating, re-activating, and maintaining therapeutic nursing and care tasks and know the nursing and care-relevant needs and wishes of the residents and their relatives. You supervise our apprentices throughout the entire apprenticeship period together with the full-time vocational trainers and the vocational training managers.
