PROJECT MANAGER BUILDING INFORMATICS SMART BUILDINGS #

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY In this demanding task as a project manager, you will develop innovative building technology and building informatics solutions for customers in the field of Smart Buildings, IoT and overarching control and management systems. You will supervise your projects from planning to realization and commissioning. You report directly to the department head and actively help to further build up the building automation department. You acquire new orders and sell customers the appropriate modernizations, expansions as well as maintenance work on existing systems. You cooperate with architects, clients and operators and can rely on support from an experienced team. You maintain contacts with customers, partners and specialist committees.

YOUR PROFILE You have a completed degree (Uni or FH) in the field of informatics or systems engineering or a similar discipline. In addition to several years of solid professional experience, you bring sound knowledge in ICT, IoT and you also have experience and practical knowledge with building automation and control technology. You are characterized by analytical and solution-oriented thinking, a high quality standard and excellent communication skills. Thanks to your assertiveness, it is easy for you to conduct negotiations and bring them to a successful conclusion. You are perceived as a committed, flexible and high-performing go-getter.
