Tasks

• Operation and maintenance of complex building systems
• Troubleshooting intervention, maintenance and modification of technical systems and devices, primarily in the field of refrigeration
• Control, regulation and monitoring of technical systems with the support of building management systems
• Independent execution of installations, repairs or optimizations or coordination via third-party companies
• Taking over on-call service after careful induction (24/7, approx. 5-6 times per year)

Profile

• Completed basic training, preferably as a Kältesystem-Monteur:in EFZ or a comparable qualification with sound practical experience in the field of refrigeration technology
• Several years of professional experience in the operation and maintenance of building technology systems (HLKKSE)
• Knowledge in the field of building and process automation
• Networked way of thinking and interest in the interfaces of various building technology trades
• Team-oriented, service-conscious and professional appearance
• Independent, reliable and conceptual way of working
• Good IT user skills (MS Office 365, management systems)
• Good oral and written German skills, English is an advantage
• Ideally in possession of a driving license Cat. B
