You will perform versatile administrative and organizational tasks at different locations and training sites of ETH: * Implementation of marketing and communication activities * Advising and supporting customers * Execution of project management tasks and taking on responsibility in sub-projects * Use of digital tools, IT systems, and communication channels at ETH * Development of solutions in a team and taking on responsibility * Planning and organization of events * Understanding and implementation of processes in accounting You will start your first training semester with basic training in the KV-Lehrlabor of ETH Zürich at the Zürich-Oerlikon location. In a team with your fellow learners, you will get to know ETH as an organization as well as basic commercial processes and the IT environment in four training modules. This basic knowledge enables you to actively participate with confidence and commercial competence of action at the subsequent rotating training sites in a department or an administrative unit and to advance your professional development. In the three-year apprenticeship, you will get to know the diversity of ETH. We offer you the framework for professional and personal development.
