This is exactly where the Client Channels area begins. The focus is on central digital and physical touchpoints between ZKB and its customers, which connect needs with technology, processes, user experience, security, and operations. This includes, among others, eBanking, Mobile Banking, as well as digital opening, onboarding, and lifecycle processes.

Within Client Channels, the Digitale Kundenschnittstelle team forms the link between strategy and implementation. Strategic topics are concretized, concepts are developed, and prepared for implementation. In the area of Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), a central question is in focus: How can secure authentication and authorization processes be combined with a convincing digital customer experience?

For the further development of this strategically important field of topics, we are looking for you as a Senior CIAM Specialist & Project Manager.

Your challenge

• You manage CIAM projects (scope, time & budget) and simultaneously contribute your technical expertise to conceptual further development, with a focus of around 60% project management and 40% CIAM specialist work
• Responsibility and support of several CIAM projects from the initial concretization to the handover to implementation – including the market launch with a launch concept and appropriate communication
• Analysis of functional, technical, and regulatory requirements and their transfer into concrete solution approaches
• Further development of strategies and concepts surrounding CIAM, authentication, and authorization
• Analysis and optimization of existing authentication, security, and access processes
• Coordination of internal and external specialists as well as target-group-oriented preparation of complex topics for different stakeholders
• Observation of technological, regulatory, and market-side developments in the CIAM environment and derivation of relevant fields of action

Your qualities and talents

• Education in (business) informatics or a comparable field of study (HF/FH/university) or several years of relevant professional experience
• Several years of sound CIAM experience with a focus on conception and implementation, as well as a good understanding of authentication and authorization methods
• Technical understanding of CIAM frameworks, security architectures, and the underlying processes
• Sound experience in project management and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of regulatory and data protection requirements
• Strategic and analytical way of thinking as well as genuine interest in the long-term further development of the CIAM field of topics
• Fluent German skills at least at C1 level
