Your future begins here # CardOne is our solution for managing payment instruments and serves as a central interface between card issuers and core banking systems. You help banks to efficiently manage debit and credit cards as well as digital payment instruments and to automate processes. In this complex environment, you coordinate requests and projects and hold the threads together between customers, internal teams, and external partners. Thanks to your technical understanding, you grasp dependencies and interactions and lead projects securely to their goal. Job Highlights • You coordinate customer requests and projects related to CardOne throughout the entire process • You are the central point of contact between customers, internal teams, and external partners • You understand the interfaces between card issuers and core banking systems (e.g., Viseca, SIX, and Avaloq) • You structure complex topics and drive implementation forward pragmatically Your Skills • Degree (ETH/Uni/FH/HF) in Business Informatics or an equivalent degree • Technical expertise regarding interfaces and system architectures in the banking environment as well as knowledge in payments, cards, and accounts • Experience in the coordination of technical customer requests and projects • Ability to structure complex contexts and derive sustainable solutions • Organizational talent with confident time, task, and priority management • Communicative, audience-oriented, and team-oriented in exchange with various stakeholders • Quick comprehension, curious, and eager to learn • Very good German, at least language level C1 With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or in the home office.
