What awaits you ##### • You support the store management in the daily leadership and organization of the branch • In the absence of the store management, you take on operational responsibility for the branch and ensure smooth processes • You provide competent, customer-oriented advice and support in the selection of gifts from our diverse product range • You ensure the attractive presentation of our extensive confectionery and chocolate assortment, including through creative store design • You guarantee top quality and consistently implement our high standards • You lead by example in sales and actively support the team in daily business • You are an important contact person for the team and for the customers • You contribute to the optimization of workflows and ensure that the branch works efficiently and profitably What you bring with you ##### • You have completed training in retail and/or bring comparable experience in handling food • You bring initial leadership experience, preferably with larger teams  • Ideally, you have initial experience in handling chocolate • You love a hands-on mentality and are technically savvy • You enjoy optimization and have an entrepreneurial mindset • You have an extraordinary awareness of quality and hygiene • You appreciate open and respectful communication and are proficient in German and English; knowledge of French and other languages is an additional advantage • You have no aversion to flexible working hours and are fully committed on weekends, Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays  What we offer you ##### • An exciting working environment with motivated colleagues • A position with a lot of personal responsibility • The opportunity to contribute fresh ideas • An open and respectful feedback culture • Internal and external further training • Individual career opportunities • Generous discounts on our products • Chocolate at the workplace • Good accessibility of the locations Own it.
