Tasks ## • You lead the department in a goal-oriented manner and promote and challenge employees according to technical, social, and economic principles. • You take responsibility for the holistic care and support of our residents. • You are responsible for quality development and ensure compliance with hygiene, care, and training regulations. • You actively participate in nursing and support the team.
