Your tasks • Advance clinical AI initiatives in a visionary and data-driven manner and translate technological innovations into medical value at the interface of product discovery, regulation, and market launch. • Contribute to the AI product strategy and prioritize AI use cases according to customer utility, market potential, and feasibility. • Responsibility for AI use cases throughout the entire lifecycle - from design to piloting to large-scale deployment at our hospital clients. • Translate clinical and regulatory requirements into clear product decisions and provide a solid foundation (prototypes, data examples, feasibility) to engineering. • Advance projects with lightweight management and successfully drive use cases to scale, including the creation of ISDS concepts. • Data-driven management of the evolution and prioritization of feature ideas in collaboration with Product Owners and AI engineers. Your profile • Solid and several years of experience in product management with proven successes in the field of AI. • Working methodology according to modern product management principles, strong understanding of user orientation and thinking in global platform approaches. • Pronounced business understanding and experience in the economic management of products as well as the ability to rigorously evaluate business cases and support the development of suitable pricing models for AI functions. • Good understanding of data protection and regulatory requirements (Medical Device Regulation) in the healthcare sector. • Realistic assessment of the strengths and limitations of AI, particularly LLMs, as well as the ability to understand and locate IT architectures. • Role as a facilitator between technology, business, and clinical users. • Fluent command of German, good knowledge of English.
