Customer Advisor Pension Fund, 80-100% # What awaits you ### • Together with your team, you are the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding occupational pension schemes. • You take responsibility for customer concerns and accompany them from the initial inquiry to the successful solution or coordinated handover to the responsible specialist departments. • You independently process inquiries from insured persons, employers, brokers, and internal stakeholders and ensure understandable, service-oriented communication. • You contribute ideas for the optimization of our services and processes and actively participate in the construction and further development of our customer service. • You can expect a varied field of activity with a lot of customer contact, personal responsibility, and the opportunity to sustainably help shape the service quality of our foundation administration.  What you bring with you ### • Sound experience in occupational pension schemes, ideally in the environment of collective foundations • Professional further training such as the Federal Diploma in Social Insurance or Specialist in Occupational Pension Schemes is an advantage • Enjoyment of customer care as well as interest in complex pension and insurance topics • Very good German skills as well as good French and/or English skills are an advantage What we offer you ### • Varied tasks, a team you can count on, and a corporate culture that promotes initiative. • Exciting topics at the interface of pension, law, finance, and customer advisory. • An appreciative environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths. • Individual promotion and support for further training. • A well-coordinated team that supports each other and wants to make a difference together.
