Would you like to commit yourself as a group leader with our nursing team for the Gesundheitszentrum Wildbach, starting immediately or by arrangement, fixed-term until the end of December 2026 with the option of extension or permanent employment? Tasks ## • You take over the technical, personnel, and organizational management of a nursing team. • You actively participate in direct nursing and take on leadership in complex and unstable situations; approx. 20% is available to you for administrative management tasks. • You lead the nursing reports and share responsibility for the correct recording of services for our residents (EasyDoc & RAI-NH). • You actively shape the further development of the nursing sector, bring in new ideas, and empower your employees in the professional handling of challenging situations. • You coordinate and conduct doctor's visits and ensure interprofessional cooperation.
