Sales Consultant (w/m/d) with technical flair

Your impact as a Sales Consultant:

• You advise customers on purchases of hardware and software, services and sell the products of Apple and other selected manufacturers.
• You know the products you sell and are technically proficient and explain the properties to the customers.
• You are the contact person between the customers and our technicians, accept defective devices, create an initial problem analysis and hand out a replacement or new device.

• Completed sales apprenticeship, professional experience an advantage
• Good technical and IT basics
• High affinity for Apple products
• High customer orientation
• German: native language or excellent knowledge
• Good English skills an advantage
• Good comprehension and analytical thinking
• Distinct team player
• Well-groomed appearance
