Head of Locations and Integration Programs (80-100%), Member of the Executive Board SANTIS stands for working for and with people. With individually tailored integration measures in the area of labor market measures (AMM) as well as invalidity insurance (IV), we enable our assigned participants in the programs a sustainable integration into the labor market and into society. And that for 30 years. At nine locations in German-speaking Switzerland, around 65 employees and over 30 course instructors commit themselves every day competently to people with mental and physical impairments, support and motivate job seekers, open up opportunities for people with special needs and build bridges into the working world – personal, practice-oriented, close to the economy. As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for a dialogue-oriented and strong leadership personality as Head of Locations and Integration Programs (80-100%) Member of the Executive Board per 1. March 2027 or by arrangement at our headquarters in Zürich-Altstetten. The well-coordinated executive board team, the employees and learners of different professional groups and the committed Board of Directors look forward to continuing to build a strong organization of the future together with you. Your tasks You lead and shape the locations in a future-oriented manner according to entrepreneurial principles and promote self-organization and individual responsibility in your teams. You align the activities and programs according to service mandates towards high integration into the first labor market, economic efficiency and security. You develop and negotiate service agreements and programs with the referring agencies, define quality standards and financial compensations. You are proactive in the market, maintain existing contacts and build new relationships with institutions, authorities and partner companies. You represent Santis in specialist committees and associations – personally, practice-oriented and close to the economy. You develop and connect people, processes and technologies in a balanced way and keep the big picture in mind. With your integrating personality, you provide orientation, set accents and impulses for changes and promote an appreciative culture. You further optimize the strategy within the executive board team and with the Board of Directors and ensure binding communication and operational implementation at the locations. Your profile Proven track record and several years of leadership experience at executive board level, preferably in the social, educational or NPO sector. Knowledge of the Swiss social insurance and vocational integration landscape. Business-oriented, project- and process-oriented thinking and acting. Steadfast personality with a convincing and respectful appearance, winning and dialogue-oriented communication as well as negotiating and decision-making strength. Tangible intrinsic motivation to further develop people and organizations. Pragmatic, solution-oriented mentality with high initiative, enthusiasm and joy for innovation. Enjoyment in building and maintaining relationships and networks, regionally and nationally. Proficient German in spoken and written form.
