In order to further expand the leading market position in the Zurich area, we are looking, by arrangement, for an experienced HEAD OF SWITCHGEAR CONSTRUCTION Your tasks: You lead the work in the workshop and are responsible for the assembly and commissioning on-site, monitor the deadlines, schedule the assembly team, manage the warehouse procurement, and are responsible for the maintenance of the machine park. In addition, in this interesting function, you lead and promote the personnel assigned to you and are responsible for customer satisfaction. Occupational safety is also an important aspect of this function. The requirements: For these challenging tasks, you have basic training as a switchgear fitter or automation technician and have experience in a similar function. Ideally, you have successfully completed further training as a project and workshop manager in switchgear construction.
