What you do You actively manage medical case management and assess medical documents (e.g., medical reports, expert opinions) from an insurance-medical perspective. You maintain your network of medical consultants and work closely with them within the framework of case discussions to clarify complex medical questions. You carry out assessments of work capacity, therapies, requests for cost coverage, and healing processes. You answer all insurance-medical questions. What you bring Training as a nurse (HF, FH, BSc) with at least five years of professional experience in acute care, ideally with a focus on psychiatry. High affinity for medicine. Excellent, stylish German in spoken and written form - good knowledge of Swiss German is an advantage. Proactive, team-oriented, and resilient personality with good communication skills.
