Draftsman:woman EFZ specialization in Architecture / Execution Planner in Building Construction (m/w/d)

What awaits you As part of our interdisciplinary planning team, you will work on challenging building construction projects across all project phases according to SIA – with a clear focus on execution planning. You will take on a central role in the constructive elaboration and work in a consistently BIM-based planning environment with Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud. You will create execution, detail, and workshop plans in Autodesk Revit (Architecture). You will ensure the constructive elaboration of building components and details in the BIM model as well as the planning quality according to SIA standards and construction processes. You will work in integral planning processes according to the ATP model and coordinate the BIM process interdisciplinary with architecture, HLKS, and structural engineering. What you bring You have a training as a draftsman:woman EFZ specialization in Architecture, a degree in Architecture (FH/ETH) or a comparable education Your career path shows several years of professional experience with a clear focus on execution planning. You are characterized by very good skills in detail planning and constructive implementation as well as in-depth knowledge of SIA standards and construction processes. Ideally, you have experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or comparable CDE systems as well as in interdisciplinary planning. You have good German language skills in word and writing as well as good system knowledge in Autodesk Revit (Architecture). You are enthusiastic about sustainable planning and the goals of the ATP Green Deal. A precise, structured, and independent working method rounds off your profile.
