Neonatology Your tasks • You will support the nursing specialists in their daily work. • You will take on nursing tasks, perform household activities, and handle errands. • You will address the concerns of patients and their families and forward them to the responsible nursing specialist. • Checking and ordering consumables is part of your area of responsibility. • You will prepare the patient places according to specifications and taking hygiene guidelines into account. • Your working hours are Monday to Sunday in early or late shifts. Your profile • Nursing Assistant SRK or similar training • Good German skills (at least at level B2) • Good social competence paired with a heart for children • Strong organizational skills with a hands-on mentality • Team player with an exact and efficient way of working • Flexible, resilient and cheerful personality Your salary ## At a 100% workload, your gross salary is expected to be between 56'000 and 72'000 Franken per year. The exact salary level depends on your training and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may, in individual cases, also be classified below the salary range. In many cases, allowances are provided for irregular working hours. Further salary development depends on your performance and the financial possibilities of the Eleonorenstiftung.
