Clerk, fixed-term until 31 July 2027 70 - 90% # SERVICE-ORIENTED, RESILIENT AND FLEXIBLE The Mittelschul- und Berufsbildungsamt des Kantons Zürich is committed to secondary schools, vocational schools, providers of vocational preparation years, and training companies in the interest of youth and the economy. In the Abteilung Betriebliche Bildung, which exercises supervision over basic vocational training and works closely with training companies and the organisations of the working world (OdA), a fixed-term position from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027 as a Clerk (70-90%) is to be filled. Your area of responsibility ### The focus of your area of responsibility includes administrative activities for the entire Abteilung Betriebliche Bildung and the Bereich Dienste und Systeme. As a key area of activity, you have the administrative responsibility for recording incoming compensation for disadvantages in basic vocational training as well as the administrative control of training companies for vocational integration. These tasks are to be performed in close cooperation with the vocational inspectors. Your portfolio is rounded off by deputizing for administration in the vocational trainer courses and the mutations of knowledge content on our knowledge database. Your profile ### We are looking for a friendly, resilient, and service-oriented personality with completed commercial training. With your good comprehension and efficient way of working for administrative tasks, you will support the Betriebliche Bildung. You enjoy direct contact with learners, training companies, and external agencies. You can handle various work assignments well, you are flexible, and you maintain an overview even in hectic times.
