As a Manager* in the field of Digital R&D Engineering, you will take responsibility for projects, lead teams, and drive initiatives for digital and sustainable product creation. What you bring ## Passion for the digital transformation of organizations and processes, with a realistic vision and holistic thinking regarding the organization, processes, tools & people, as well as: • Several years of consulting experience: At least 5 years of experience in a management consulting firm, including at least two years in a comparable role in Switzerland. • Deep knowledge in R&D (e.g., systems engineering, PLM, Digital Twin) • Analytical problem-solving skills with a strong result orientation, personal initiative, willingness to create, as well as curiosity and entrepreneurship. • Mastery of management-level and C-Level interlocutors at the client - from stakeholder management to the convincing presentation of results and recommendations (English/German C1 - other languages desirable). • Excellent ability to work in a team, social skills, great listening and communication, as well as the desire to continuously develop oneself and others. • An above-average Master's degree with a technical or economic specialization. • Knowledge in MBSE, AI applications or equivalent (otherwise: we offer internal training!)
