Your tasks – varied & responsible:

• You take over the comprehensive support and management of mandates in the SME environment and are independently responsible as the first point of contact for your clientele.
• You advise your customers independently in all business, financial, and tax matters.
• You actively participate in the strategic further development of the company as well as in the optimization of processes.
• You take over the technical leadership of the team and contribute to the promotion of employees as well as to ensuring high service quality.
• You actively contribute to exciting special projects such as succession or digitalization projects if required.

Your profile – expert & entrepreneurial:

• You have a federal diploma in the field of fiduciary, finance and accounting or a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of experience in the fiduciary sector and are as confident in dealing with customers as in your professional tasks.
• You work in a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented manner.
• You think entrepreneurially and can imagine taking on responsibility up to partnership.
