Tasks

Reception & patient care

• Reception, greeting and guiding patients
• Telephone and written inquiries in German and English
• Appointment scheduling, confirmation and recall system
• Recording, requesting and updating patient documents

Treatment room & workflow

• Preparation and setting up of treatment stations
• Post-treatment processing and maintenance of the treatment rooms
• Ordering and management of consumables

Administration & correspondence

• Creating and formatting medical reports
• Issuing prescriptions and referrals
• Correspondence with referrers and insurance companies
• Support in accounting
• Maintenance and updating of electronic agendas

Hygienic concept & quality

• Implementation and monitoring of the hygienic concept
• Compliance with and documentation of quality standards
• Participation in internal quality processes

Teaching & clinic

• Support and accompaniment of students in the clinical course

Profile

• Completed vocational training as a dental assistant as well as practical experience
• Good German and English skills in speaking and writing; other languages welcome
• Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
• High organizational, communication and coordination competence
• Experience in appointment management and in patient care
• Ability to work in a team and a friendly, professional appearance
