Your contribution to our team

The management of demanding projects in the interaction between clients, tenants or users and planners is one of your central tasks. You support and advise public and private clients on complex construction projects with great impact and contribute significantly to their successful planning and realization. In doing so, you work in interdisciplinary teams, control project processes, support the coordination of the various stakeholder groups and contribute with your commitment to the goal-oriented implementation of the projects in the interest of the client. In addition, your area of responsibility also includes advising on client-side processes in the areas of sustainability (e.g. repurposing instead of new construction, heat protection), digitalization and choice of the realization model.

Your competencies

• You have a university degree in architecture (Master's degree ETH or Fachhochschule degree) and bring project management experience in demanding structural engineering and repurposing projects.
• You have already demonstrated your specialist and methodological competence, your organizational talent and your determination in the planning and realization of completed construction projects. Your contribution generates effective relief for the client.
• You convince with strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial flair and networked thinking as well as a pronounced customer orientation. In doing so, you act flexibly according to the principle "Best for Project" and control the project process in a goal-oriented manner.
• You are communicative and get complex facts to the point in speech and writing. You develop well-founded recommendations for action for the clients. You can classify specialist contributions and optimization suggestions during the project process thanks to your in-depth specialist knowledge and represent them with a recommendation in decision-making bodies.
• Ideally, you round off your profile with experience on the side of general/total contractors or on the client side and thus know the project processes relevant to success.
